I always thought that when I had kids that I would not be the kind of parent that my mom was. I would be understanding. I would be a cool parent. Now, amazingly enough I am my mom and my daughter is me. We are identical. I don't know what happened. I never thought I would be that mom that my daughter would be embarrassed of. Guess what? I am! I miss being a size 5 and aged 21. Now that I am 38 and chunky with gray in my hair, I am not cool. I guess I am just kind of depressed right now.
